Theiagen Genomics participated in a study led by our collaborators at the Nevada State Public Health Laboratory to assess the utility of commercially available, automated sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 samples and Theiagen’s open-source bioinformatics workflows for near-real-time pathogen surveillance.
