Website and content platform
Galang AI redesigned and rebuilt theiagen.com, which launched in September 2026. The site runs on a fast static architecture with a content management system the Theiagen team controls, so everyday updates no longer depend on a vendor or a specialist.
Changes follow a reviewed path. A plain-language change request becomes a tracked code change, gets checked on a staging site, and only then goes to production.

Quote-to-cash and SOW workflows
Quotes and statements of work are where commercial risk tends to hide: inconsistent language, pricing errors, and version confusion. Galang AI is building Theiagen a structured path from opportunity to signed work.
AI drafts and people approve. Pricing comes from deterministic rules rather than a language model, and every generated document is reviewed before it reaches a customer. These workflows are running in beta while Theiagen tests and accepts them.

At the July 2026 delivery-governance review, the board held 32 outcome cards, and 31 were tied to a retained artifact or source record. That measures traceability, not completion: a card only counts as done once Theiagen accepts it.
